About us
Clear answers. Practical math. No fuss.
TechCalculators.com is a growing hub of simple, fast, and reliable calculators for math, science, engineering, construction, chemistry, and everyday problem-solving. Our goal is straightforward: help you go from input → answer with clarity and confidence.
Why we built this
Too many calculators are slow, opaque, or light on explanations. We focus on:
- Accuracy you can check – We reference peer-reviewed formulas and standard industry handbooks, then show assumptions and units so the math isn’t a black box.
- Speed and simplicity – Minimal clicks, clean inputs, instant results.
- Transparency – Clear method notes and sources wherever possible.
Who’s behind it
Aniruddh leads TechCalculators.com. He designs and validates browser-based calculators using trusted references and careful unit handling.

How our calculators are built
- Start with sources
We look to respected references (e.g., standard handbooks and peer-reviewed materials) and document what each tool relies on. - Design for real-world use
Inputs use familiar units and sane defaults. Where helpful, we include range checks and short tips. - Validate the logic
We cross-check sample cases against known results or reference examples and spot-test edge cases. - Explain the “why”
When possible, each calculator includes a short “How it works” section with formulas, unit paths, and any assumptions.
What “unit-aware” means here
Units matter. Our tools aim to keep inputs and outputs consistent, minimize silent conversions, and make unit choices explicit so you don’t have to guess what the calculator expects.
Editorial standards
- Sources & method notes appear on calculator pages where relevant.
- Updates are made as we refine logic or add features, and we aim to note material changes.
- Corrections welcome – If you spot an issue, email contact@techcalculators.com with a link and details. We review and fix where appropriate.
Privacy in brief
We keep things lightweight. We currently use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the site. You can learn more on our Privacy Policy page.
What we don’t do
- We don’t replace professional advice. These tools are for education and decision support.
- We don’t promise perfection. Calculators are only as good as inputs and assumptions; real-world conditions can differ.
Accessibility & usability
We aim for clear labels, readable contrast, and mobile-first layouts. If anything feels off on your device or assistive tech, please tell us – we prioritize fixes that help more people use the site comfortably.
Roadmap (high level)
- More domain-focused calculators (engineering, construction, chemistry, finance).
- Expanded method notes and worked examples where they add clarity.
- Continued UX polishing for faster, fewer-click workflows.
